  • Capital Entrepreneurs is a resource for the burgeoning entrepreneur community in Madison. Its 200+ members are dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship in Madison by bringing entrepreneurs together to create new connections and a community around the start-ups in Madison.   • BioForward is a member-driven state association that is the voice of Wisconsin's bioscience industry and a state chapter of the national Biotechnology Industry Organization.   • Wisconsin Technology Council/WIN Foundation is an independent, nonprofit and nonpartisan board with members from tech companies, venture capital firms and all levels of education, research institutions, government and law. The Wisconsin Innovation Network (WIN) is the council's membership subsidiary that focuses on the needs and challenges faced by new and growing technology-based businesses in Wisconsin.   • Clean Lakes Alliance is dedicated to the improvement and protection of the lakes, streams and wetlands in the Yahara Watershed in the Madison area. Through community support, advocacy and education, it works to restore and protect the lakes for future generations.
  • Dane Buy Local is the largest Buy Local Organization in the United States on a city/county-wide scale. Its 700+ members create a sustainable, vital local economy through education, collaboration and promotion.
  • Energy Center of Wisconsin is an independent nonprofit that seeks solutions to energy challenges through innovative research and education. The center inspires real and lasting change that advances economic and environmental sustainability by collaborating with stakeholders to find ways to make better choices about how we use energy.
  • Focus on Energy is Wisconsin utilities' statewide energy efficiency and renewable resource program. The program works with eligible Wisconsin residents and businesses to install cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to help manage rising energy costs.
  • Sustain Dane is the sustainable network for today's successful business leaders who care about people, the planet and profit. The network creates opportunities to integrate social and environmental responsibility into business practices, develop professionally and support the economic vitality and quality of life in the Madison region.
  • Sustainable Atwood brings together neighbors and business owners with a stake in the long-term social, economic and ecological sustainability of the Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Yahara neighborhood on Madison's near east side.
